We will be a boutique Human Resources Department for you and your employees. We will take care of your physical Payroll by ensuring the proper amount due to each employee is processed correctly through the 3 stages of pre-payroll, actual payroll and post payroll activities that include ongoing tasks that monitor changes to withholdings, contribution to social security funds, proper adjustments necessary for taxes and other deductions. Additionally, we will provide customized management of your Payroll, Onboarding & Off-boarding Employees, Employment Verification and Compliance.

Gusto Payroll Software used for all McIBS Clients with up to a maximum total of 20 Employees.

Note: Fee changes of software occurs in direct correlation of the Vendor changing its pricing.
