Please be aware that during this time period, all requests will take a minimum of one (1) week to complete per McIBS having 100% of the documents required to complete a correct tax return. If there is anything missing, expect delays of completion.


We view every Client relationship like a partnership and truly believe that our success is a direct result of the success of our Clients. Part of that success is respecting each other’s time, thus, we put every effort into ensuring scheduled appointments begin and end on time. Therefore, we expect our Clients to extend the same courtesy to us. If a Client foresees being late, we ask that they call us immediately at (781) 519-9829.

Late Policy

  • If a Client is running late and arrives prior to the first 10 minutes of the appointment, there will be no adjustment to the confirmed appointment time slot.
  • If a Client is late for a scheduled appointment by 10 minutes or more, they will need to reschedule.

No Show Policy

If a Client does not contact the office within the first 10 minutes of a scheduled appointment and/or does not show, they are considered a No Show. A fee will be assessed for this at a rate of $150 per hour.

Temporarily Suspended

New Client Consultation: $75

This 30-minute Consultation at our $150 per hour rate (i.e. $75) provides the opportunity for us to learn, assess and determine how best to work with Potential Clients. During this session we will:

  • Discuss the issues, needs, wants, goals and timelines of the Potential Client per the completed Intake Questionnaire.
  • Explain the comprehensive tailor-made Service Packages we offer that best resolve and/or support the Potential Client’s needs.

If we mutually decide to partner together, the $75 payment will be credited to a contract.
