QuickBooks Essentials -Accounting software used for all McIBS Clients.
Note: Fee changes of software occurs in direct correlation of the Vendor changing its pricing.
New Quickbooks Setup & Historical Data Entry
Included, but not limited to:
- Up to 20 hours of work that includes up to 2 years of data
- Data clean up, re-coding and redefining in order to migrate data into QuickBooks
- Migration of clean data from non-accounting programs (Excel, paper records, etc. or other Accounting Software (Wave, Xero, etc.) to QuickBooks Essentials.
Business Type Change & Transition
If you decide to change your business type, we are happy to assist you shift gears accordingly.
This service includes, but is not limited to:
- Completion of proper stage and/or government application(s)
- Consistent follow up for state and/or government decision
- Transition of business if/once state and/or government approval is provided
- Apply to the IRS for S-Corp Status
- LLC to Corporation
- Sole Proprietor to Corporation
- Sole Proprietor to LLC
Bookkeeping Service
Included, but not limited to:
- Up to 4 hours of work on a monthly basis
- Reconciliation of up to 2 checking accounts, savings accounts and/or credit card accounts: We’ll make sure all transactions are accounted for and your accounts balance.
- Monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet: We’ll keep an eye on the financial health of your company using the information gathered from your transactions. You’ll see a detailed picture of your income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and the bottom line.
